Strength training while pregnant
I'm 17+ weeks pregnant now and have not been exercising (saved from walking my dogs 😂) since I found out I was expecting at the start of October. I was active in F45 and BFT but stopped after my gynae said no to HIIT... Feeling very sluggish not exercising for such a long period. Anyone still doing strength training and have any recommendations for studios which have prenatal classes?
