Hello! Would like to ask if anyone here has experience with Water Birthing? Am wondering if it’s worth the $$ and which water birthing gynae to go with.

Water birthing is one of those options where the experience really varies from mum to mum, so it is hard to say definitively whether the cost is worth it without knowing what matters most to you. The main appeal is that being in warm water can help manage contractions more naturally and many mums find it calming, but there are also limitations like it not being suitable for high-risk pregnancies or certain complications. I would suggest calling a few private hospitals or gynae clinics to compare their packages, and also have a detailed chat with your gynae about whether you are a good candidate for it before committing. That way you are making the decision based on your own health profile, not just the price tag lah.

any recommendations for pre /post natal massage based on experiences?

would be good if it's home service or around the east area

Oh prenatal and postnatal massage is such a lifesaver lah, really helps so much with the aches and water retention! For home service I heard Mothers Touch and Ample Wellness are quite popular among Singapore mummies and they send experienced Javanese massage ladies to your house which is so convenient especially after delivery when you don't want to go out. For around the East area you can check out Nou Confinement and Wellness or even ask your confinement nanny for recommendations because they usually know good massage ladies in the area, and do join the East Side Mummies Facebook group because mummies there very helpful and always sharing lobang for good massage services around Tampines, Bedok, Pasir Ris area!

Low amniotic fluid

Has any mum experience very low amniotic fluid in trimester 2 but was able to reverse the fluid on its own?

I had low amniotic fluid when I was sick.. it went to 3.1… nothing much I could do but to drink alot of water and I drank some coconut water (in moderation) too .

nobody knows if it will affect baby long term or not.. do rest well in order for ur body to recover and better nourish your baby

I've tested positive for 11/12days. My symptoms are high fever and mild cough.

Breast lump found 2 one of it its in big size done biopsy currently 11 wk preg

Please do not wait on this one, go see your doctor or a specialist as soon as possible, because a biopsy result with a large lump during pregnancy really needs proper medical follow-up right away. I know it is a lot to handle at once, especially being 11 weeks along, and the worry must be overwhelming, but getting the right medical team around you now gives you and your baby the best chance. Extremely stress out on financial

Hi mummies, i need a little advice or help. This is my first pregnancy and i am financially in debt with bank loans at a young age. Truth be told , i was a very big spender and every time my salary comes , within a week it will be finished. When i quit my old job and wanted to find another job , thats when i found out I was pregnant and ever since i couldnt find any job. It has been 2 months of being unemployed with zero savings. No one wanted to hire me because the company doesnt want to be liable shall anything happen to me. Does anyone know where i can seek financial help etc ? 2nd pregnancy symptoms

Currently 8 weeks. No symptoms like vomiting. Just nauseous on certain days. Don't even feel pregnant at all. Still have energy to do house chores. Somedays baby bump is obvious. Some days it's not. Anyone went through the same?
