NIPT twice with inconclusive results

Hi, I had NIPT twice and both came back inconclusive (one is fetal cells too Low and another background noise too high). iGene said with these results, the probability of DS is high.. my week 13 ultrasound scan was normal though.. just did amniocentesis.. wondering if anyone encountered the same problem as me?

TCM or jamu postnatal massage?

I did TCM postnatal massage (mdm partum) for my first baby Now wondering if to try jamu Any reviews on the differences? In terms of pain level, recovery, lactation massage Thank you!

Both are great honestly, but the key difference is the schedule and approach, jamu is usually done on consecutive days and focuses a lot on tummy wrapping and full-body recovery, while TCM tuina (like what Madam Partum does) is spread across two to three weeks and uses acupressure techniques which some mums find gentler for pain. Someone in my mum group mentioned that the TCM lactation massage felt more targeted, especially for blocked ducts and low supply, since the therapist uses acupressure points specifically for let-down, but jamu also includes breast massage to help with engorgement, so both do cover lactation! Since you already know Madam Partum's style, it might be worth trying jamu this round just to see which suits your body better, as some mums swear jamu helped more with belly tightening and postpartum bloating. Either way, you really can't go wrong, just let the therapist know upfront about your specific concerns so they can customise for you!
