Baby Hiccups in Tummy

Do you also feel baby's hiccups in your tummy? I am 34 weeks pregnant and starting to feel my baby's hiccups when I am on last week of my 33rd week.

Silent miscarriage

I am supposed to be on my 9th week but when I went for my ultrasound the radiologist did a usual scan later changed to transviginal ultrasound. She asked me to take a deep breath and the foetus heart wasn’t beating and the size is on week 6. Should I go for a second opinion or accept the fact that I have lost the baby?

Prenatal checks cost

Hello Mummies! FTM here. I’m a little confused over the private doctors who has their own clinic for example at Mt A / Mt E etc and the doctors are public hospital. The costs are not that different right? I saw someone saying KKH hospital’s consultation charges are also quite expensive? If so, can someone help to explain what the differences are other than the waiting time ?

Blood clot in uterus during first try

Hello mummies I’m hoping someone can give me some reassurance. Today was my 1st gynae consultation. Doc did vagina scan and said I have multiple blood clots in the uterus. He said the yolk sac is there and the gestational sac is there but seem a little small (seems like a 4 week sac rather than 6 weeks) based on my first day of last period. However, I told him my cycle is usually longer than 30days, sometimes I get period on the 38th or 39th day due to my age (40). He then said maybe I ovulated later so I am actually later than I thought. Just wondering if anyone had experience with multiple blood clots and would that affect the baby ? Thanks all! I’m a FTM so am Pretty worried

I had one blood clot which cleared up in 2 weeks! Was told not to walk and stand much, more bed rest. Gave birth and all is well:) hope it clears up for you!

Maternity Insurance and NIPT?

Hello! Can anyone advise how they handled NIPT/iGene screening at the same time as applying for maternity insurance? Cause NIPT usually done at 12 weeks and maternity insurance you can only apply at 13 weeks. I am afraid what if I get my results back before my insurance coverage is approved. Would I be barred from making a claim if turns out my baby has chromosomal abnormalities? Anyone have experience to share please?

the insurance will require the results to apply anyway..
