I'm currently 5 weeks pregnant. Is it alright to drink a cup of milo everyday? Some people said that baby's skin will become darker if drink too much milo. This can't possibly be true. Anyone heard of anything similar?

I need advice. I'm 6 months pregnant and just went for my GTT... and realised that my sugar level is high and have been told that its "compulsory" to get a device rental to take note of my own sugar level. Is it really necessary? Can anyone help please?

I'm 34 weeks pregnant and the joints on my fingers are getting sore and numb and arthritis-like. I cant open the door or bottles because my fingers are not having the usual strength. Just wondering if its just me or any other mum feels the same.

Am going to go into labour in 1 month and I just heard i need a "birth plan". what is it and what do i need to know? Should I start panicking?
