To choose Mt E novena for Mt Alvernia ? Delivering in Aug/Sep 2016. Gynae only delivers in these two hospitals.

mt alvernia is a catholic hospital. the nurses and sisters there are superb. they will also bless your baby upon discharge if you would like.

My wife is experiencing pelvic bone ache even after pregnancy? The pain comes after long walks or too much pressure. My son is already 2 months old but she's still feeling the pain, is it normal?

Am I the only one who has this kind of after-pregnancy tummy? What do you think is the remedy for this? :( i lost 50 lbs, btw.

You are not alone. All mothers will have stretch marks. You can reduce it by firming up the area by using stretch mark cream and do firming exercise. You will see the result once you firm it right. Losing weight itself wont reduce the stretch marks.

What physiological changes will my expecting wife go through during her pregnancy? Anything I should be prepared for?

A lot of pillows especially in the latter parts (late 2nd to 3rd trimester)! It's simple but really helps when sitting and lying down :)
