Just thought i’d share my experience as a second time mom because caring is sharing. Learnt that a good prenatal, postnatal massage makes all the difference. For my first one, I decided to save some money and go for word of mouth recommendation. I ended up with sore boobs and I didn’t lose my postnatal weight for more than a year. It took me close to 2 years to get back in shape. This time round, did more homework and decided to give CK Bidan a shot. I read through the testimonials and finally decided on Bidan Kynna. The experience is wow! Within 3 days of massage, i’ve seen the difference in my figure and on the first day she managed to get rid of my engorgement issues. She truly has a magical touch. For moms out there who have the same issues as me, do give her a try. Just wished I had the same experience with my first 🥲

Period after birth

I am 5 months post partum and has gotten my period back (just two weeks back). But I suddenly see some light bleeding/ brownish discharge again. May I know if this is normal? Thank you! #justmom #FTM #periodaftergavebirth

Oh I totally understand how confusing and worrying this can feel, especially when you are still figuring out your postpartum body. After my first, my period came back around the same time and the first few cycles were really irregular with spotting in between, so what you are describing does sound like it could just be your hormones settling back into a rhythm. That said, since this is new bleeding on top of a period you just had two weeks ago, it might be good to bring it up with your gynae or PD, just to be safe and get some peace of mind. They can check if it is just your cycle being irregular or if there is anything else going on. You are doing great, mama, and reaching out is always the right thing to do.

You can do whatever you want with it as long as your daughter is well fed, have necessities to use. No one has the rights to decide what you want to do with the money be it you wanna use or not 😊.

When do you have sex after C section ?

After C section how long do you wait to have sex ?i didn’t want my hubby to feel abandoned or unloved so i tried at 3 weeks ?and first time abit painfull did again yesterday less pain n felt quite comfortable than I thought but is it safe though pls share your experience and thought TIA!?
