thermo flask recommendation

Any recommendation for Thermo Flask for soup stew porridge that can last 8hrs inside. For me to bring to work

I used buffalo brand flask for my confinement red date tea. It works pretty well. Cooked in the morning, by 5-6pm tea is still warm.

Sudden fever, chills and breast pain.

Hi mummies, i am not a breastfeeding mum but i do pump out my breastmilk at least 3 to 4 times a day. Today i have sudden chills, fever and breast pain from 1 side. And my head have been spinning just now, but feeling slightly better now. At least no chills and headache. Any suggestion from mummies on why i have sudden fever, chills and breastpain?

Sounds like mastitis to me. If you’re trying to wean off breastmilk, you can try hand express to comfort instead of pumping as our bm works on supply and demand. Did you empty your boobs during every pump? Clogged/blocked milk ducts usually leads to mastitis. See a gp and take antibiotics, it should clear within 2-3 days. I’ve had many episodes of mastitis even after 13m of bf with low supply. 😩

Coping with the pandemic

With the pandemic around for 2 years. How have you been coping with it together with your little one? Do you still bring them out as frequent? How do you keep them active and exposed to the nature/new things? To be very honest, due to the pandemic I try not to bring my girl out as much. Also because there are many restrictions that’s ever changing and some locations are hard to book. 😅

baby's first tooth

My baby is 7months plus. Up till todate there is no signs of her first tooth appearing. Should i be a concern? Is there anyone's baby who had their first tooth out late? First time mummy here so i'm quite clueless

Snacks or proper lunch?

hello moms! i need suggestions here! am bringing out my 8 months babygirl to sightseeing on Tuesday! am wondering if i could just bring some biscuits and treats for her lunch or prep for her proper lunch instead? she usually took her lunch at 2pm onwards!
