Brown rice porridge for baby?

Any mummy out there can recommend at what age you introduce brown rice porridge? LO currently eating normal white porridge and thinking to switch to whole grain cos it’s kinda healthier.. any Brand’s of brown rice to recommend? And where to buy it from?.

3 year old cries to shower

Hello mummies! I have a 3 year old turning 4 this year. Currently in N2 and I'm pregnant with my 2nd too. Everything is going well. But I'm just very curious to know, does any of your kids scream and cry to shower in the mornings? This happens every morning when it's time to shower. I've tried buy bath toys, I've tried changing the water pressure. I've tried to show him music videos on YouTube that has to do with kids shower time. Nothing seems to work. Most days I lose my temper because he cries really badly. Struggles to remove diaper because he knows he is going to shower. Some days he will just lay on the toilet floor and cry and kick around. Mummy here needs some suggestions.
