Baby milk powder and diaper most my dad sometime me and my wife So how much should I really need to give my wife and mil? I guess my wife also pressure by mil about money issue.

I had a scan at both week 6 & 7, and had confirmed both babies have heartbeat and that pregancy is considered stable. Had spotting previously at week 5, where my fertility doctor gave more supplements to support the pregnancy. Am experiencing spotting today again.. Is my pregnancy considered unstable again?
