My friend gifted me a music DVD which claims to make baby sleep better. It has Spa like relaxing music inspired by classical Indian musical instruments such as Flute. Does it really help Baby sleep better when he can barely protest if he doesn't like it vs no music ?

I was reading somewhere that there are more germs on the changing table in a shared/public area than in most places. A friend then shared that she just takes her stroller into the baby room and does a diaper change in that? What do you think? Which is better?
