My kid's fever subsided and I thought she prob has roseola fever due to the rashes. She doesn't scratch but the rashes are all over her body and seem a lil raised. Has anyone encountered this on your kids?

How do you tell identical twins apart? Esp as newborn babies where they have no personality differences. Want to know how parents can tell them apart as well.

Hi Parents.. My 11months old son suffered from vomitings yesterday night. I fed him only milk & water. Today he is fine. Suggest me some solid foods to make him active, healthy & energetic. And they should ease digestion as I don't want to make him sick again by feeding wrong foods.

Yes the best thing is to keep your baby hydrated. So plenty of milk. I would keep his food basic. Porridge, potato, and other starchy veggies. I would even go as far as skipping the meats. Please be careful when preparing meats for your baby to eat. Undercooked meats could easily give your baby tummy issues.

What are the treatments for acid reflux in children? Is surgery needed?

Here are some tips that help to reduce the acid reflux in children: - Raise the head of child's bed - Keep the child upright for at least 2 hours after he eats - Serve him several small meals throughout the day rather than three large ones - Limit any foods and drinks that seem to make his reflux worse - Encourage him to get regular exercise If the reflux is severe or doesn't get better, your doctor may recommend medication to treat it. Medicines to help with gas include: •Simethicone •Calcium carbonate antacid Most children don’t need surgery to treat reflux. But it can help those who’ve tried other treatment that hasn’t worked or kids who have breathing problems, pneumonia, or other serious problems from GERD. In the most common type of surgery, a surgeon wraps the top part of the stomach around the esophagus, forming a cuff that closes off the esophagus whenever the stomach squeezes -- preventing reflux.

Can I make my baby’s sooji kheer in formula milk?

Hi, please find below the recipe for baby's sooji kheer with formula milk: For this you will need - 1tbsp. sooji - water - formula milk - 1/2 tsp. of sugar (optional) Roast the sooji for about 5 minutes. Pour little water and let it cook till it becomes thick paste. Bring to the boil and add sugar. Then add and stir in a little of formula milk to give consistency that's best for your baby. Cool and serve. Hope it helps!

My daughter is turning two years old but she already experience dry lips. Sometimes she peels it off. Is that normal?What could be the possible causes of it? She's always hydrated. How to cure it?
