My baby's hair is thinner at the center than the sides. Is this normal?

Yup, they will grow out evenly when they get older. Don't worry too much about it.

is it a must to feed my lo cereal? my lo is 9 mths and I haven't given her any cereal. only fruits, vegetables, pasta. am I missing out any nutrients if I don't give her cereal?

is it safe for babies to be exposed to chlorinated water (free chlorine concentration of 1ppm) in swimming pools? eg small splashes of water get on their face, and potentially into their mouths if they lick the water on their gums.

I think it's fine for babies to be swimming in chlorine pools. but I limit them to around 30mins-45mins

when we can put baby in walker

Baby must be able to hold his head up steadily and have his feet touch the floor to use a walker. Age range is between 5 to 16months in general. Also we have to consider the cons like walker is not good for the baby spine.

At what age does baby actually tends to sleep more than 5-6 hours without waking up in between?

I think after 7, 8 months babies start sleeping for a little longer duration than what they normally do. You feed them well and give them nice bath and they will sleep for longer hours.
