What are the options available to soothe a teething child?

You can freeze some carrot sticks for them to nibble on. soothes their gums and trains motor skills

Hi mummies and daddies, my 10wk LO has been spitting out milk sometime vomit (alternate days) since 6wk. She does cough at times and arch her back occasionally. Should I bring her to PD for diagnosis or this is normal and will go away with time? She's on full latch bf now.

I am facing the same problem with my 6wk old. Brought her to the PD and doctor said that it’s quite common. Some babies just have more reflux than others. After each breastfeed, I hold her upright for almost an hr before putting her back down to her cot. I also placed towels under her cot mattress to incline it slightly to prevent further reflux, but have to be careful because she may slide down.

Hi my 7mth doesn't want to eat what ever i give but only want mummy milk.. how can i convince him to eat or taste it? he is currently teething i think cause 1 teeth below come out already beside it coming out... 4 upper teeth coming out somemore... haiyooo... so stress thinking he doesn't want to eat...

Its part of growing up and milestones..dont be overly concerned..the baby will not go hungry

anyone here has the Fedora C3 car seat? any good?

My friend who is currently expecting and will be giving birth in the later part of the year is also considering this brand, among others. She is drawn to the claim that it could cater to the child from newborn till 7 years of age. Another contender for her is Graco Milestone All-in-One Car Seat for the same reason. Hope some parents who have used this would comment on the durability of this car seat. :)

How often do we need to change milk bottles (not teats)? My milk bottles have turned cloudy from the sterilisation, wondering if it is necessary to get new bottles.

My 11mo baby's hands have become very dry. Can I use almond oil on her hands? She has a habit of sucking on her thumbs!

yes u can but u can also use natural and unscented coconut oil as it can really help dry skin issues. gently try to help ur baby stop this habit as welll

Has anyone tried yoomi self-warming bottle? Do you recommend it? And why?

I haven't but I've heard so many good things about it. It's really innovative and a seemingly perfect invention. Here's an image I found useful in case you don't really understand how the yoomi bottle works.

Impulsive purchase of sleeping bag, brand aden + anais, 0.6TOG. Wonder if it will be over heating if putting onto LO with 25C air con? The cool air is not blowing on LO. TIA!

my 6MO boy sleeps in his long sleeved PJs and the Aircon is set to 27 deg Celsius with a fan speed of 2 (max 5). body temp dips in the night around 2-3am FYI.
