Is it normal for newborn to make grunting noises and snorting sounds during BF or sleeping? My LO is coming to 1 month old and he had these since he was born.

My baby has difficulty sleeping every night. He would cry and whine till he is tired and yet he sometimes has night terror. Is there an easier way to get him to sleep? I've tried rocking him using a baby carrier while singing but it doesn't work all the time

Is it ok to pat your baby back to help to spit out (to be exact vomit out) phlegm in her chest? My baby is just 4 mo, and have been coughing so bad. We are using nebulizer but I don't see its helpful as she is still coughing so bad. I am told to keep a watch till Friday to see if coughing will continue and becoming bronchitis. Any mum can share their experience? Thanks !

My 6 months old baby was on full breastmilk for the first 6 months of her life and she would poop abt 3-4 times daily. recently i started solids (carrots, potatoes, squash and rice cereal) and I would feed her some water (abt 40-60ml daily). but she only poops once a day now (a big one!). should I be concerned?
