How do u handle 2 kids? 3yo and 6mth? My baby has been falling ill ever since started sch. And hub n i have wiped out our leave. Spoke to bosses and this is not a sustainable way to handle. We r thinking of employing a day time nanny but clueless what to do. For example, do we stop sch for them both of jus the baby? Then for baby jus let nanny look after? Or get a maid? But if maid we dun have any one else at home to keep an eye on her n baby. No helper rendered from parents or in laws. Does anyone have any nanny contact can recommend?
