Is Expressed Breastmilk More Likely To Cause Spit Up Compared To Formula Milk?

Hi Mummies, anyone feed their babies both formula milk and expressed breastmilk? My confinement nanny observes that my baby seems to spit up or vomit more when being fed expressed breastmilk as compared to formula milk. I don't direct latch btw. Any Mummies with similar experience or can advise what is the reason for this?

Storage of pump accessories for office

Mummies can share what did u use to store your pump accessories after using and for next usage. If can able to share the purchase link etc. Currently I’m using spectra thou. Hopefully I’m able to find something that able to fits the flange n the accessories and pumped milk (in bottle)

Store in a bag and kept in the office, grateful to have an extra at home blesses by a relative

Where can I bless away excess Breastmilk

Hi all, Have a happy problem of having too much frozen BM. Baby is currently 3.5mths and I have run out of storage space for freezing. Already bought an additional freezer but that's been filled up alrdy. Just wondering if there are moms out there that are open to BM donation or if anyone is aware of channels where I can bless away frozen BM. I understand there is a milk bank in KKH but too much hassle to go through additional screening tests just to donate BM. Hope to get some ideas to solve this issue ?

Having seafood buffet

Hi mummies is it safe to breast feed my LO after I had lots of seafood. Worried that she might have any allergic reaction as current she had Super sensitive skins. ? So should I discard my next pump since I’ve consumed a lot of seafood

I will be having AGM at yolk hotel, may i check is there any nursing room? How to you all pump milk in between the meeting? How you all store your milk?

Hi... you can inform hotel staff that you’re breastfeeding and need to pump milk. They will arrange nursery room for you. Store the BM in bottles and pass to banquet staff. Request them to put it in freezer for you. When you leave, put BM in cooler bag.

Food to avoid while breastfeeding

Any food other than alcohol, spicy food to avoid? Can I eat sashimi? Baby is 2 months 15 days as of today. In her first month, I had fresh milk boba bubble tea and fresh milk (both cold). Not sure if due to that baby had soft watery stool. Is it not advisable to drink milk? How about soy milk? TIA
