Is Expressed Breastmilk More Likely To Cause Spit Up Compared To Formula Milk?

Hi Mummies, anyone feed their babies both formula milk and expressed breastmilk? My confinement nanny observes that my baby seems to spit up or vomit more when being fed expressed breastmilk as compared to formula milk. I don't direct latch btw. Any Mummies with similar experience or can advise what is the reason for this?
