Frozen Breast Milk

Hi I have a question on frozen breast milk. Let’s say I take out from the freezer at 1pm on Day 1 and left it in the refrigerator, and it completely thawed by 1pm on Day 2. Does it mean my milk can last until 1pm on Day 3 ??

I would say Yes. Based on breast milk storage guideline online.

You can breastfeed even if boobs are saggy! I have small breast and 1 year 4months into breastfeeding. Just latch on demand to build your supply and eat healthy foods. Wear a good bra for support.

Hello can I keep my express breastmilk into fridge after sitting out room temperature for 2 hours ? Baby haven’t in drink and there’s no saliva get in touch with it

You can always do a smell & taste test before feeding it to baby again. Even if it's leftover from baby's feed u can still keep it back in the fridge for the next feed 🙂 but can only re-warm once ya

Do i have to wash my breast pump parts everytime im done? What do i do if i do not have the time to wash and to prevent ants from crawling on it? I heard putting it in a freezer? But if i put it cold on my breast the next time round wont my supply drop due to the coldness?
