Breastfeeding While Pregnant
Hello, I just found out that I am pregnant, and just only about to book my appointment. Meanwhile, for those mommy who is still breastfeeding your older baby when pregnant, is it safe?
breast milk and top up
Hi mummy, I'm curious what everyone journey is like. I have recently given birth and I'm at my 10th day. I have to top up with formula milk after 1 hour of latching. I'm wondering how long does everyone take to reach the stage where you produce enough breast milk to satisfy baby without top up.
insufficient bm... should i just stop?
im into post partum 1 month. my bm at each pump session averages 50ml only. my baby already can drink 100ml at every feed, even before reaching 1m. tried eating fenugreek pills & even fennel essential oil, latching but no increment of bm. especially disappointed when still have to pump every 3hours for that miserable amount of bm. should i just stop? how else to increase bm?!
Too much milk supply
How to n reduce milk supply? Bb is 3 months old...I am pumping... since baby doesnt wasn't too latch that much..
Haenim breastpump
Just wondering if anyone experience this. I have my pump level on memory, however sometimes the pump jumps to another level, like 6 to 5, not sure why this is happening. Anyone experience this too?

What's the most difficult times you face when comes to breastfeeding? For me is Mastitis and Engorment. Pain like hell!!!
areola shrinking to original size
I started exclusive dl my lo recently. Is it a sign that milk is depleting? It used to be bigger when i was pumping exclusively.
Defrosted frozen breastmilk.
Is defrosted frozen breastmilk more yellowish in colour? Its my first time letting my lo drink frozen breastmilk, but the colour is slightly yellowish (salted egg yellow) compared to freshly expressed breastmilk / those stored in the fridge.
How do you have a Forceful let down
Hi mummies, want know from those breast feeding mum , how do you have forceful let down? Is it by drink lots of water a day , take supplement , apply essential oil to boost milk production or drinking tea that boost milk to have a forceful let down? Or you had it effortlessly ? Breast feeding is tough, so envy those who have this "problem". I did things I mention, but not supplement, my milk supply is like 1 or 2 precious drop after 10sec of pumping..
Do babies root only when they’re hungry?
My baby sometimes roots even after she’s been fed an hour ago. Usually, this happens when she hasn’t been sleeping for about an hour. Don’t think she’s actually hungry but what else could it be? I’ve heard that infants should be fed on demand, but I’m not sure if I should be feeding her every hour.
