Frozen Breast Milk

Hi I have a question on frozen breast milk. Let’s say I take out from the freezer at 1pm on Day 1 and left it in the refrigerator, and it completely thawed by 1pm on Day 2. Does it mean my milk can last until 1pm on Day 3 ??

Yes, but smell it first before serving. I do things a little differently.. I put my pack of frozen milk into the bottle warmer straight away to thaw and also heat up. That way, I don’t worry about milk spoiling in the fridge.

I would say Yes. Based on breast milk storage guideline online.
