Massages to prepare boobs for breastfeeding?

Hi mommas, my boobs haven’t gotten bigger during my pregnancy and I’m at 6 months pregnant now. I’m concerned that my boobs are not preparing for milk production, are there any massages I should be doing to help them along?

They may be a bit sore in the last 1-2 months, in preparation. Don’t worry:) Just make sure you’re taking care of your nutrition well so that your body has good nutritional stores to make more milk. Also drink enough water:)

Sharing On Breast Milk Strorage Bag!

Breastmilk storage bag can be quite a bit of money to spend on if you're oversupply mama and it can only be used once. So here's what I've found. I manage to find these storage bag from shopee and bought 1 box to try it out. It is quite good and cheap! Autumnz breastmilk storage bag. I got it from mummy fair at only $5 per box. (they have promo like the more you buy the cheaper it is, if I'm not wrong the cheapest you can get is $4.50 per box) Shopee they do sell at 5 plus if you add shipping it may cost around 6 to 7 buck. On avg 1 storage bag in the market cost about 25 cents for 1. This is only 18 cents for 1. Hope it is useful info :) *updates * Mummy you can get from jb it's 10rm 1 box.

feeling depressed

i am 6 dpp and am currently pumping 60ml per pump. I tried direct latching for 5 days and its killing me - baby not latching well due to short nipples. is pumping 60ml too little? my S1 just died on me, is there any good comparable pump to recommend?

sharp breast pain

day 11 pp and im feeling sudden sharp breast pain on and off. currently ebm to let my nips heal. i pump whenever i feel heavy there. is there anything i should be worried?

I felt sudden sharp pain too when I bf or pump back then. Nth to worry. Maybe it’s the letdown If u feel swollen, red , lump, feverish etc then is breast engorgement Do check armpit have any lump too.
