Hi mommas, my boobs haven’t gotten bigger during my pregnancy and I’m at 6 months pregnant now.
I’m concerned that my boobs are not preparing for milk production, are there any massages I should be doing to help them along?
They may be a bit sore in the last 1-2 months, in preparation. Don’t worry:) Just make sure you’re taking care of your nutrition well so that your body has good nutritional stores to make more milk. Also drink enough water:)
