Hi mummies! Care to share your breastfeeding diet? Any particular food to avoid? What I've heard are spicy food, coconut milk that might give baby the runs or seafood etc. For my meals nowadays, I feel I could not eat as freely as before and have to consider if I can eat the food/ingredient infront of me. Not to mention BM killers I read like raw onions, cabbage etc..

tbh i dont avoid anything except for alcohol. and caffeine, not so much.

Yes mama, cos day and night milk there's diff. For me usually I will store in fridge and until its 1 packet full for my storage bag I'll freeze. What I did is only seperate day and night milk 😂 easier.
