hi, would like to know the following i) for how long can warmed milk be kept at room temperature ii) for how long can expressed milk be kept in normal fridge iii) can warmed milk be kept back in the fridge if baby sleeps while milk is being warmed thank you in advance.

Swollen boobies

32weeks and having swollen boobs and lumps 😷😷 it is so painful when massaging .. im afraid of engorgement after birth cause it is real bad as im not good at latching 😔😔what should i do ..

Compress with warm water but massage really does help with breasts engorgement. You may want to consider doing pre natal massage before birth.

hi all im a ftm here . anyone knows How to cure boob engorge ? i kept pumping out but i still feel hard on my boob no matter how much i pump . And the feeling is very terrible especially on the side area when touch it feels like a hard rock and is quite pain......

Breastfeeding and Pumping

Hi Mummies! Could someone share how is a typical breastfeeding and pumping schedule like? Am almost due soon but am a little confused with breastfeeding and pumping. If we only feed baby on one side, do we pump both side or only one side after? Is it necessary to pump after every feed? If we pump exclusively, does it mean tt we pump out milk first and feed baby after? TIA!

for me I stick 3 hourly pump schedule regardless of whether baby has latched. some babies do not clear breast completely so need to pump and clear if not you may risk getting inflamed or supply dipped.

Has anyone use BEMINI X from babyexpress ? Do lmk how you feel about the pump as I’m thinking of getting it (cause portable) but am afraid it won’t be as good as Medela’s pump or hospital grade pump.

Flange suitable for real bubee and affordable breastpump

Does any mummies know, what are some affordable breastpump, that has price similar to real bubee? Does any mummies know any small flanges suitable for real bubee electric pump? Flange size of 13mm. Thank you very much. 😁
