EBM hourly pump

Hi Mummies, I always pump 3hrs apart but my supply has not been increasing. When I pump 2hrs apart the output is the same as the 3hr pump. When I pump 4hr apart the output increase by 40ml-60ml. I want my supply to increase how should I go about it ?

Hydrate yourself more. And try to hand express even after pumping

Hi. Do you sterlise breast pump after every use? If you are back to work and need to pump twice at work place how do you go about it?

I sterilise once a day. If at workplace can rinse with hot water after soaping

What do I need to buy?

Hi parents! I intend to breastfeed my baby after birth. I didn't get the chance to do so with my other kids as my milk supply was really low even with Fenugreek. I also intend to bottle feed my bm just in case my nipples hurts/cracks. What do I really need to buy? The essential things for breastfeeding. I know breastpump is needed. What else? Also, what should I do to increase my bm? TIA for your advice & help ☺️

I have been pumping for about 2 months. Recently, I pump for 5mins and subsequently very little or no milk flow out when I pump. Breast becomes soft already. Any one has encountered this before? Any solutions/advice to share? #pumping

Milk leak even after pump

Hello mummies, i pumped for 15 to 20 mins every 2 to 3 hours but why my left boobs still leak milk even after i stop? #1stimemom

I had milk leaks initially after pregnancy too. Especially when I hear baby cries. A good breast pad is necessary to soak up the leaks.

Hi mums Has any baby having an allergic by drinking this formula? I’m thinking to stop breastfeeding by next month (baby turns 6 months old) do anyone have recommendations of what formula brand should i buy? Please advice ! Thanks
