Haenim 7V or Spectra electrical breast pump? Or which brand has an indicator like how many minutes I am pumping, etc.? Also looking for those quite types?

Does Bird nest with ginseng kill milk supply?

Hello! Understand that American ginseng is a milk supply killer for breastfeeding mummy. May i know if bird nest with ginseng does the same too?

Wasting my BREASTMILK

Hi mummies, I just need someone to hear me rant without judging or anything. My in laws and husband have been wasting my breastmilk as if it’s free (yea free because it came from my boobs) My FIL poured 140ml of breastmilk into unwashed bottle thinking it was ok for baby to drink and normally my baby only drink about 80-100ml every feed so I don’t understand why he must pour out so much breastmilk. FYI, baby can get diarrhea from breastmilk if it have been left out for too long. My husband left my bag of breastmilk in room temperature overnight (before dinner till the next day lunch then he remembered) FYI, I latch my baby at night. My MIL would pour more than what baby can drink and when baby doesn’t finish she will try her luck again and again forcing my baby to finish it. Sometimes I’ll just tell her to pour it away when it have been out for too long. If not she would just pour in new breastmilk into the old breastmilk and feed baby again at the next feed which will make baby sick. FYI, she didn’t breastfeed her own kids. She would even tell me “never mind, got a lot breastmilk” People call breastmilk a liquid gold for a reason. Breastfeeding mums would even cry over spilt breast milk yet I don’t understand how can they just waste my breastmilk like this even after telling them so many times how precious it is.

Hi all, i was wondering is there any difference on giving formula or breast feed like will it make you less of a mother or even your child won’t recognise you that you are the mother just cause you never breast feed? I breast feed my child for first 2weeks & stop and gave her formula . She did not latch on my breast cause i had bad engorgement and only massage it after a week and pump she was alr bottle feeding alr. But you know the thoughts of like will my baby love and recognise me as her mother? 😭

No difference at all. Formula or bf, you're still your baby's mother. I can't correctly latch because my nipples hurts so bad and can't produce more milk for my children when they were young so I opted for formula instead. They still grow up well and healthy and calls me Mama.

EBM hourly pump

Hi Mummies, I always pump 3hrs apart but my supply has not been increasing. When I pump 2hrs apart the output is the same as the 3hr pump. When I pump 4hr apart the output increase by 40ml-60ml. I want my supply to increase how should I go about it ?

Hydrate yourself more. And try to hand express even after pumping

Hi. Do you sterlise breast pump after every use? If you are back to work and need to pump twice at work place how do you go about it?

I sterilise once a day. If at workplace can rinse with hot water after soaping

What do I need to buy?

Hi parents! I intend to breastfeed my baby after birth. I didn't get the chance to do so with my other kids as my milk supply was really low even with Fenugreek. I also intend to bottle feed my bm just in case my nipples hurts/cracks. What do I really need to buy? The essential things for breastfeeding. I know breastpump is needed. What else? Also, what should I do to increase my bm? TIA for your advice & help ☺️
