Hi mummies, how do y’all clean your breast pump at work ?

i only pump once at work, so after pump just rinse with water and put in ziplock bag, then wash when at home

it's normal but you can try to breastfeeding more.. because the milk supply is affected by baby's demand. (sorry for bad english mom hope u understand 😃🙏)

Hello mummies, do you experience milk leak only at one side of your boobs even after you pump for an hour plus? As i always pump for an hour plus but still my left boobs still leak milk #1stimemom

Hello Mummy, Need some advise on nursing and pumping. My baby is currently one week old. I express milk between 50ml to 90ml combined. Just wondering if i follow a 3h expression schedule and in between baby latches on, do i push back to another 3h or follow schedule? Also, is it necessary to pump in the wee hours of the night? TIA!

before your milk stabilized you have to follow the schedule of 3 hourly. unless you're nursing you can skip a session. or instead of pumping you can latch one side and collect the other side leakage using haakaa to store for future use.

Hi Mummies, Just wondering if this breast flange is too small? First time pumping so not sure if it’s correct. Also, im pumping based on my baby’s feeding time. Is tt correct? How long should I he pumping for? Any tips on increasing breast milk while pumping? TIA!

pump every 2 hours if you cant get baby to latch. i used to pump for 20 mins.

Baby is adverse to beeastfeeding

My baby has recently grown 2 bottom teeth and he was sick last weekend. Hence he was cranky and bit me really hard while DL. I think he was shocked by my reaction, and he now is quite adverse to DL. Whenever I position him for DL he would wail. I am feeling very emo because he don't even like me carrying him now. He is turning 7 months old and have not DL for 3 days so I am exclusive pumping. Is this the end of DL? I'm so sad.

a lot of skin to skin will help baby DL again. don't be disheartened and don't give up

Breast milk transport

If I freeze BM at work, will it remain frozen if I bring it home (around 1 hr journey) in a cooler bag? Will the freshness be affected? Do I freeze it back when I reach home? Or do I have to use it immediately?

Will you be putting ice blocks? If yes, then please keep it in the fridge immediate and not freezer
