Does Bird nest with ginseng kill milk supply?

Hello! Understand that American ginseng is a milk supply killer for breastfeeding mummy. May i know if bird nest with ginseng does the same too?

hi mummy it depend on individual not all milk killer food will impact on everyone milk. I ate cabbage nothing happen my other mummy friend ate cabbage milk decrease. I drank birdnest with ginseng no issue too
