how do you maintain your milk supply when you fall sick and needs to rest? i had this prob as i felt sick quite often during my ml, affecting my milk supply
I am currently in my last leg of expressing milk. Pump no longer works so i hand express. 2x a day, each time only 80ml. Just nice for 1 feed a day. However, if i drop to 1x a day, i wont have enough for a feed and freshly express milk cannot put in the fridge for more than 2 days unless i freeze it. But dont make sense to freeze so little milk. Anyone has tips on what to do with such amount of milk? Also because i hand express, there are marks on my breast. Very unsightly. Anyone got tips how to get rid of those marks?
Can my 15mo LO share with my newborn breastmilk?

Hi, my office is at International Plaza, and they don't have a nursing room. The toilets are quite old and not very clean, so I'm hesitant about pumping in the toilets. Anyone has any suggestions?
Hi dear mumies, My baby is 18 days old She drinks about 120 ml per time Before i feed her about 80 ml per time But sometimes still hungry that why my husband told to feed her 120 ml per time. I have stopped pumping at 15 mths. It wasn't planned, LO got too active, i end up having no time to pump (EP mum). I can't help but to feel guilty..... should i start trying to pump every 2hrs again? Though it feels almost impossible as im the main caretaker and i dont have help
How do you know that you've emptied your breast milk? Does it mean that when you try to hand express it, there won't be milk coming out? I can't feel the flow of the milk coming out from the nipples too, even though there is milk coming out.
