I work 8:30 am - 6 pm. How often do u ladies pump at work? N at what time? My baby's last latch is about 6am. I pump only once at lunchtime. Does ur supervisor track ur pumping time? Do u compensate ur time to work? Eg, if u pump 10am and 4pm for 20 mins each time, will ur company expect u to work till 6:40 pm?

LO is 5months and my milk supply is very low everysince i started work early of the month. Pump during wee hours only get 40ml each. Is it the way i pump wrong? LO latch whenever im home. Ate supplements, drank water, eat radish and some other food but still so low.

Hi Mummies, My baby is 7 days old She often drinks so much milk at night 120 ml, i try to not give her so much but if not give she cant sleep, i feel so scared because as i knew newborn just can drink about 60 ml.

LO is turning one soon and he is still exclusively breastfed. Would like to ask if there's is a need to switch him to formula milk or cow's milk after he turns one? I read somewhere that our breastmilk does not provide enough iron for them.

Mummies, anyone does the 开奶 massage ceremony for your breast after giving birth? Want to know is it worth it. Because for my #1, i have less milk. Within a month stop. So im thinking of bf-ing my #2 when he is born. So im also at the same time scare i maybe low supply and waste the money to do 开奶 massage.. Thanks in advance(:

Hi mummies, Is it normal the nipples be swollen the few days baby suck? My baby is just 2 days Not know how to breastfeed Baby keeps sucking but not sure have milk or not.
