How do i maintain breastmilk if i slept thru the night without pumping or latching

Hii mummies i feel so tired at times and at night my hubby will took over me for feedings so I sometimes just slept thru the night without pumping or latching my baby, will this affect my breastmilk? How do I maintain milk supply if i want sleep thru the night?

Try pumping before bed. Pump before you go to bed to ensure that your breasts are drained. However u need to wake up early too to pump. Pump at 9pm and wake up 7pm and pump again.

Leaking Milk at 32 weeks

Yes sounds like it. Just wipe it off, don’t try to express the milk as it may cause contractions and potentially lead to early labor

Frozen Breastmilk

Hello mummies. I have some frozen breastmilk to donate out. Since November. If anyone is keen or know anyone who needs it, let me know. I do not smoke and I had calcium, iron, immunity supplements during these period.

When does bm stop?

Help! FTM! gave birth 3w ago.. pumped 1st week but no bm and I started eating lactation cookies.. then I have a bit of bm flowing out.. then I got lazy and have not been pumping for abt a week. Breasts doesn't feel pain unlike back then wen I just give birth. Does it mean I shld just give up hoping for bm?

Possible to train feeding times?

My LO used to drink every 3hrs, but for the past 4 weeks it has been every 2hrs. Is this a growth spurt phase? But it seems very long... Is it possible to train LO to go back to 3hrs? Any tips how to? I can hardly get anything done..@@'. (Breastfeeding btw)

Hi fellow mummies, I am 7 days post partum, I am currently pumping every 4 hours, 160ml was my highest record today. Am I an oversupply Mum? Besides, my newborn drinks 90-100ml per feed, every 1-3hrs. What should I do? Appreciate every advice! ☺️
