My Lo is 7 months now and have 2 tooth. He has beenk biting my nipple for few days while latching already. When i shout pain. He laugh and when i scream in pain when he bite harder. He cried and refused to latch again. How to stop your Lo biting your nipples?

Any mummies drank lactacting/pregnant milk powder during confinement? Can drink HL Milk(cold)? Currently BF.

i drink Marigold Oats milk! Good for BF mummies! I am ok with drinking cold milk during confinement.

Hi mummies .. i am an exclusive pumping mum and i observed that one of my nipples had a white little bump which looks like either a blocked milk duct or a pimple with pus. I tried to burst it but couldnt. It has been aching on and off. My question is if its a pimple and assuming the white substance is pus, is it still safe to feed my LO the milk excracted from this nipple? Every drop counts so i really hope it's fine. Really needs help now! Tks!

Sterile needle let it burst and it will dry out.

Lo likes to unlatch within the first few minutes of feeding, causing my shirt to wet and my milk just keep dripping non stop. Anyone experience this?

I feel that my boobs have unbalance milk. I tried to express out from both sides but my left side yield more than my right. Is that normal?

My 20months old LO is still waking up every 2 hour in night and need me nurse her back to sleep. I can't sleep longer than 2-3 hours straight since giving birth. Any mummies experienced that and what should I do? She refused other ppl carry back to sleep even daddy and she refused pacifier. Only me can nurse/ carry her back to sleep.

Swap to formula for night feeds. It keeps baby full for longer

I jus have 2 glasses of wine 4 hours ago. . Does it mean I have to pump and dump the milk I have now?

4 hours is fine
