Any mummies successfully increase supply after lo is 2months old? I am a first time c sect mummy. Didn't had very much motivation at the start as mil keep wanting to give lo fm and my supply came very slow. I'm still pumping every 3-4hourly but lo dont latch as everytime i try to latch, he screams despite whatever methods I've tried. So i give bottle. He's drinking 100ml every 2-3hourly. Night feeding once or twice only. Lo normally wakes up around 9am. Settles him down, and start pumping at 10-11am. I usually skip night pumps as im really very tired. The first yield for the day usually is around 40ml. Subsequently only 10ml. Took fenugreek, lactation cookies, marigold oats milk, chia seeds, drinks about 3000ml of water per day. Still the same. Any mummy have any advice?

you try doing power pumping. Shorten your pumping duration to every 2 hourly for now till your supply comes back

My period hasnt come ever since i pregnant. Now , my LO is 15 months old and i am full breastfeeding him. Is it normal? Thanks in advance.

yes its very normal! But do be careful that even if you are not having your period. you are still fertile!

Pump max yield 20ml 1 side after latching. Normal?

Hi, I'm returning to work & am exclusively pumping. Any ideas if there are nursing rooms in the CBD area? My workplace is near Robinson road/Lau Par Sat. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Latch for not more than 10mins and lo ownself unlatch, but 45mins later wants boobs again? This happens at midnight. So hard to get sleep. Lo will keep fussing and awake for the whole night but in daytime sleep like angel. I feel like midnight's time lo has been on my boobs so often that i cant even go toilet. Any mums encounter this? Does this means i dont have supply?

I suggest you be firm and consistent with the burping. Keep trying!

My Lo is 7 months now and have 2 tooth. He has beenk biting my nipple for few days while latching already. When i shout pain. He laugh and when i scream in pain when he bite harder. He cried and refused to latch again. How to stop your Lo biting your nipples?

I will be firm and said no. If he were to latch and bite again, i will unlatch him and don't allow him to latch. To them it's fun and interesting to see mommy's reaction, but they don't understand the pain. Be firm and explain nicely even though they are 7mo old only.

Any mummies drank lactacting/pregnant milk powder during confinement? Can drink HL Milk(cold)? Currently BF.

Not advisable to drink it cold. Try those lactating milk and make it with warm water.

Hi mummies .. i am an exclusive pumping mum and i observed that one of my nipples had a white little bump which looks like either a blocked milk duct or a pimple with pus. I tried to burst it but couldnt. It has been aching on and off. My question is if its a pimple and assuming the white substance is pus, is it still safe to feed my LO the milk excracted from this nipple? Every drop counts so i really hope it's fine. Really needs help now! Tks!

Sterile needle let it burst and it will dry out.

Is milk tea really a booster for bm? I just finish confinement and thinking to try it..
