Hi mummies, how do u normally clean up after LO latch on? As in cleaning the nipples.

Small towel always by my side. Just dab gently the nipple and LO's mouth & cheeks areas. Just to make sure no rashes for the LO.

Hi mummies, jus to ask how u ladies pump in overseas while keeping ur pump parts clean? Is sterlisjng tablets enough? Anyone know if HK tap water is safe enough to rinise n wash the pump parts?

How soon did your menses come? I'm exclusively breastfeeding my 5 months old son & my menses came off-guard. I read somewhere that menses do not usually come if we breastfeed exclusively. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Working mummies who are always on the go, how do you store your ebm? cos ice packs usually can only last for 4 to 5 hours, by the time reach home after 9 hours, ice would have melted. Can the milk still be used? TIA

Hello mummies.. Any Birth control pill can use when breast feeding?

My baby just saw PD this morning due to constant whining and slow weight gain. PD said she may not have enough milk intake and suggested taking 1 time formula in the morning cereal or drinking separately as add on. I am not sure if I should do so as I would still like to total breast feed my daughter. Struggling to decide. If do so, which brand is good not to cause constipation, Mamil Gold, Enfa or Similac? Sigh.

Hi, any mums who had caught stomach flu while breastfeeding? I have no appetite and can't keep any food down. Will that affect my supply if I am well hydrated? I'm drinking a lot, just not eating anything ?
