Hi mummies , is it normal to have stomach cramps? also just to rant , i really hate looking at my husband and i just feel irritated n annoyed all the time w him 🥲

Anyone experience stomach churning after meal, and can’t walk much because the lower back pain as well. 😢 any remedies to ease the pain?

herbal patches that are pregnancy friendly. the weight of uterus is pressing on the nerves so you’re experiencing the back pain. will be better once uterus expands

Mummies im having bad cough and flush should i go to private clinic or hospital?

And some clinics doesnt have presribtion for pregnant womens.

Same here , mine dry cough and cant sleep properly at night😔 any cough syrup recommend that I can just buy it from guardian/ watson ?

Itchy or allergy reaction?

Mummy does your whole body itch during pregnancy? Is it allergy? For my first baby the itchiness was unbearable for the few hours before my water bag burst at 35-36 weeks. But now I'm only in my early 2nd trimester and my body is itching all over but not as bad as that time.

It is dry skin causing allergy reaction. Would recommend QV moisturiser to put on twice a day to help prevent reaction/allergy. I had it for second pregnancy.

Change gynae at 20 weeks

Hi mummies.. I’m first time pregnant, i need your advice can i change gynae at 20 weeks ? I want to change to KK with Dr.Sim Wen Shan which is she is Specialist high risk pregnancy. Do i need give my history result from my previous gynae? Like NT scan, blood test, NIPT test result i do 2 times but no result, my gynae advice to do the Amniocentesis but I don’t want. My fetal measurement all good and normal. #advicepls #pleasehelp #firstbaby #firsttimemom

What kind of food/drinks to have?

Usually after work will be having dinner outside instead back home to cook, what are some of the foods or drinks outside that will be healthy for baby? Currently, I try my best to drink juice and eat less oily food but still keep thinking it will be not nutritious for the baby.

hey mummies need some advice, is bird nest with red dates like this safe ? need to something to help with my anaemia other than taking iron tablets #advicepls

Taking iron pills shld be sufficient, what’s ur Gynae’s take on it? I dun think bird nest w red dates will help with anaemia. My tcm has advised me against eating bird nest at first and second trimester, so I can only start taking from third trimester onwards. Good to check with ur gyane or tcm doctor if u have one.

Sharp pains in abdomen

Just hit 16 weeks and I've been feeling sharp pains in my abdomen (right side more) intermittently , it's not extremely pain but it does hurt to a point where it bothers me. I haven't had any bleeding. Also know that these sharp pains can be contributed to ur uterus expanding and baby growing but can't help and overthink! Any mummies experiencing the same thing? #FTM
