I have moderate morning sickness in trimester 1 and settling okay in trimester 2. But in trimester 2 I have been falling sick frequently, even get hospitalised for 1 week 🥲 I’m ending my trimester 2 soon but now having flu, cough. Not covid tho. Who know what I can do to boost my immune system?

Hi working mommies! (Especially those able to work from home) Would like to know what you have opted for and why - as my hubs and I are on the fence about engaging either option after we are done with the 28 days confinement with nanny. Option 1: engage full time helper to help with caring for baby and house chores Option 2: send to infant care and engage part time helper to come by twice a week (Wed, Sat)

22-23 weeks and still working. On a rotation WFH & WIO. Started going back to the office after few weeks of work from home during the 1st trimester and a half. Never thought the aching will be more severe and from sitting on the chair for too long.
