Mil Vs nanny Vs maid

It really depends thou. Everyone’s mil and helper’s personality is different. Some mil are just hell whereas some helpers are really good with kids vice versa. Also (if you’re gonna pay either one and have the budget), if you’re not too particular about housework and only need someone to take care of bb, I’d suggest helper. At least during her free time/when someone takes over bb she can help out with a bit of housework.
