Doctor Candice Wang Fee for csect delivery

Hi moms, try my luck to ask here. Anyone hv experience with Dr Candice from ACJ Women clinic at Mount A? After saw online, worry about the hospital bill. #AskingAsAMom

Honestly I don't have direct experience with Dr Candice specifically, but for C-sect bills at Mount A it really depends on your Medishield Life coverage and whether you have an integrated shield plan — that makes a huge difference to what you end up paying out of pocket. Maybe call ACJ clinic directly and ask for an estimate, most private clinics are quite open about giving a rough breakdown lah. Hope other mums here can share more specific numbers!

Breathless at week 29

I'm been getting breathless, like taking deep breaths but doesn't seem to help much and heart is pumping very fast. I'm expecting twins and doctor has found that my red blood count has dropped and I'm on iron pill supplement (which helped for the past 3 weeks). But now I'm back to being very breathless again. Any mummy experienced this and how did u deal with it? Did anyone do oxygen supplementation?

I did not do oxygen supplementations but I was also on iron pill supplements due to red blood count dropped. I need to take blood test weekly to track my red blood count. Being breathless during pregnancy is unavoidable as there’s a baby inside us, what I did - slow down, take a rest in between when I am walking, sit down and rest whenever possible, try to breathe using the correct technique, take a deep breath through mouth.

I don’t get what you are asking. Do you mean your gynae said your baby weight is too light? You can ask the gynae to advise on what food you can eat to gain some weight since your gynae knows your condition better. Why don’t you ask directly since you’re already at there?

What will they do for ANTENATAL MONITORING CLINIC, OBSTETRICSAMCGROWTH3? #Needadvice #firsttimemom

Usually they will monitor baby growth and heartbeat more closely. I did CTG scan + ultrasound before because baby measuring small. Sometimes they check blood pressure and movements also. Don’t worry too much first mama, quite common

I bought Lunavie, it seems help me much in my back pain, but the issue is it made me hard to sitting down as the support belt is quite thick. So I ended up with the expensive one Mamaway. Much more comfortable for the whole day, can lying down, sitting also

Hi mommies, I'm 20 weeks pregnant ive been feeling minty sensation in my upper stomach since last week. Anyone experience it too ? Is it something to be worried about?

Sour taste in mouth

I’m in my 20th week. I’ve been having this sour taste in my mouth for the past 2-3 weeks. Is there any way to keep it away? Any idea what’s the cause of it?

does it help if you take sour plum or something sweet?
