For Dr. Candice Wang's specific fees at ACJ Women's Clinic at Mount Alvernia, there aren't any community experiences available here to reference, and this kind of specialist pricing isn't publicly listed in a way I can reliably confirm — so I'd strongly caution against relying on any specific figures I might give, as C-section costs vary significantly based on your individual case, length of stay, anaesthetist fees, and more. The most reliable steps you can take right now: Call the clinic directly — ACJ Women's Clinic at Mount Alvernia can give you a consultation fee estimate upfront, and Dr. Candice's team should be able to provide a rough package breakdown for an elective or emergency C-section upon request. Contact Mount Alvernia's billing department — hospitals in Singapore are required to provide fee estimates. Ask specifically about surgeon fees, anaesthetist fees, ward charges, and newborn care separately, as these are often billed individually and can catch parents off guard. Check your insurance and Medisave coverage — C-sections are claimable under Medisave (up to the surgical limits), and if you have an Integrated Shield Plan, your insurer can advise on what's covered before you commit. It's also worth posting in the TAP community forums or Facebook groups specifically asking about Mount Alvernia C-section experiences — other moms who've delivered there recently will have the most current, real-world numbers to share.

Eh hi! You ask the right person lah, got a few mummies in my circle who delivered with Dr Candice at Mount A! My friend went to ACJ Women Clinic and said her first consult with Dr Candice was around $150-$200, then subsequent visits were cheaper, and ultrasound on top of that — so can plan your budget a bit better already. Someone in my mum WhatsApp group mentioned that Dr Candice does have delivery packages which makes it more affordable compared to some other private gynae, so worth calling the clinic to ask for a breakdown before you worry too much. My neighbour brought her baby there and said Dr Candice is very experienced — handles C-sect, prenatal screening, all that — and she felt very well taken care of throughout. Overall the mummies I know who went with her at Mount A were quite happy lah, no major complaints! Best is just call ACJ Clinic directly and ask for the C-sect package pricing, they will walk you through everything. 😊

Honestly I don't have direct experience with Dr Candice specifically, but for C-sect bills at Mount A it really depends on your Medishield Life coverage and whether you have an integrated shield plan — that makes a huge difference to what you end up paying out of pocket. Maybe call ACJ clinic directly and ask for an estimate, most private clinics are quite open about giving a rough breakdown lah. Hope other mums here can share more specific numbers!
