Low hormones can mean many different things mama 😅 (progesterone? thyroid? estrogen?) so it really depends what your doctor meant and whether baby is growing well now. In many cases, if pregnancy is monitored properly and baby is okay, delivery/postpartum can still go smoothly 😊 Sometimes doctors just continue monitoring baby growth, feeding, jaundice, blood sugar etc after birth if needed. Try not to panic first ya 🥺 Best to ask your gynae specifically: * which hormone is low * how severe it is * whether it affects delivery or breastfeeding * whether baby needs extra monitoring after birth A lot of mums with hormone issues still go on to have healthy babies 🙏🏻

At 32 weeks your hormones are still climbing towards labour, so what you're feeling now will shift quite a bit once baby arrives. After birth, hormones drop dramatically (especially if you're breastfeeding), which is why many mums feel the baby blues or postpartum mood changes in those first two weeks. It's really common and usually settles, but if you feel persistently low or anxious beyond that, do mention it to your doctor or PD so they can support you properly. In the meantime, try to rest when you can and lean on your support system, because those early weeks are intense and your body needs recovery time too.
