Am I depressed??

I am 3+ months pregnant and my anger issues are increasing. I am feeling like crying all the time , feel so emotional and sad . And I hate seeing my mother in-law. #advicepls #firstmom #pleasehelp

Omeprazole for acid reflux

I have read that omeprazole is not good for pregnancy. But my gynae prescribed me that I was on gaviscon and famotidine previously but it doesn’t work wonder🤔 maybe that’s why he prescribed me omeprazole. But I am reading all over the place that omeprazole shouldnt be taken during pregnancy. Thoughts?

my gynae from govt hosp says omeprazole is safe for pregnancy. don’t read too much and trust ur gynae

14 weeks but still very bloated.

I am 14 weeks now but bloatedness didn't seem to reduce. I had a meal at 10:30am and I am still full now at 7pm. Not able to eat much. Have anyone experienced this? It is a horrible feeling.

I feel you! Im at 12 weeks + and i’m constantly feeling full and lack of appetite. I can eat 1 meal per day and it can last me throughout the day without feeling hungry. I’m worried about not being able to provide enough nutrients for the baby 😩😢

Anxiety in Pregnancy after Miscarriage

Hi ladies - I lost my first pregnancy last Aug (missed m/c) and am expecting again. Currently at wk 11 but everyday I'm worried about whether my baby is doing okay especially since the first was lost to me without any symptoms... What's the best way to cope with such anxiety?

I’m on my 13th weeks, and curious why is there faint line on my pregnancy test when this morning I try…

this is the "hook effect", caused by very high hcg levels (normal at 13w) which skews the test reading. simply dilute your urine with alot of water & you'll find a much darker test result.

Any mummy’s belly just suddenly ballooned overnight? I’m only in my 11th week and my belly is significantly larger than the day before. I already 💩 twice today so it’s definitely not 💩 inside. 🤣 Is this normal!!!!#firsttimemom

it really depends! I can start the day with abs but look bloated and baby bumpy by night. so I guess mine balloons over day?

Reputable place to eat sashimi

I did NIPT (since my FTS is high risk) and found out that it can also show the baby's gender. Am excited but not prepared as always thought will know only after 21 wks during the ultrasound. I am planning to do a gender reveal party so do u think is ok if i tell the gynae that i do not want to know the gender yet? (Since my main priority is the downsyndrome result). Will they still gv us the slip of paper of the gender for us to keep? Abit paiseh want ask dr to not reveal :D

Today I took NIPT and the nurse asked me if I want to know the gender when she was filling up the NIPT form.

Does your taste bud change throughout pregnancy?

I am entering 2nd tri now and realised my taste bud has changed, the food I used to like seems a bit plain and bland, instead I prefer food with a lot of garlic like garlic kangkong kind😂 I am also more sensitive to smell 🤢
