Changing from private to KKH

Hi, i did my first 2 scans in private and am now thinking of moving to KKH due to the cost. Do i still need to go to a polyclinic to get referral to KKH for a subsidised rate? Im a SG PR. Thank you so much. Im now 11 weeks ++ pregnant.

Stress over food

I feel so stress over food. The appetite and taste goes up and down. And since we don't have time to cook, it's hard to find nutritious meals outside. Any tips?

Nausea worsening
