Upper arm or Calf cramps

I have been having calf cramps at my left leg .. it painful that I have to stretch my leg upright when I want to sit.. previously at night I have been getting upper arm cramps.. isit normal .#firsttimemom #advicepls

Yes cramps are normal. For me once I get a cramp, my leg will hurt for the next 3 days 😅😭

Cooltopia Three Legs Cooling Water

Currently at the end of 34 weeks pregnancy. Hardly having any sleep at night due to the humid weather the past few days, is it okay to drink the Cooltopia Zesty Lime cooling water?

Hmm not very sure if it’s okay but elderly always warned me not to take any cooling water throughout this pregnancy as it may contain unsafe ingredients for pregnancy/baby.

Hii isit normal for my ribs to hurt? Yes right? But like i couldn't even sit properly for 5mins without it hurting so badly..... any tips?

During your pregnancy did your ob recommend flu vaccine. Ftm here. Got influenza A. Freaking out. My doctor says flu vaccine is optional. And influenza does not affect the baby. Is that correct?

Yes. It is recommended by my gynae to take the influenza vaccine and I did! Baby is safe :) don’t worry!

How to ask for HL

I know most of the people went thru subsidized riute and cant get HL, but how do I go about the private route..any recommended gynae to go to - that will give ard 1 mth HL because i want to prep my nursery #firsttimemom

Does NUH Antenatal Package covers Addl Scans after Week 32?

Private Patient at NUH. My baby’s weight is on the lower percentile (17%), so they ordered 2 scans - Week 34 (check for AFI levels) and Week 35 (Growth Scan). Will it be additional cost for these scans?

Hi, Ftm here. I wont be having a confinement nanny. I will be relying on my soon to arrive helper and my husband only. Parents and in laws are not able to help. My sis has kindly offered to fly here from overseas to help me for 1 month. However I am a little concerned as firstly she will be travelling to Thailand for holiday before arriving in sg and during the one month here she will be going out often like almost every day, to see our parents, to meet friends, relatives, exercise etc. If you were me, would you be ok to let her come to your house everyday rather than stay at your place and go out minimally? I am scared baby will fall sick.

If she’s flying over for a month to help you, but will be going out every other day then she’s more like looking for a place to stay for her holidays rather than helping you. If that’s the case, I would minimize her contact with baby before the first vaccination.

Pass GD test but glucose in urine

Glucose in urine from time to time depending on what i ate altho i had passed my GD test. Anyone face this issue too?
