Hi FTM here. I'm returning to work soon and worried about pumping. 1. I only have 2 breast pumps. What if I need to pump 3 times? Can I reuse the parts without sterilizing? (Don't think there's sterilizer in the office) 2. After pump, I plan to keep in cooler bags with ice packs then transfer to fridge/freezer when I reach home. Is it ok? If I transfer from cooler bag to fridge, is it still good for 3 days? If I transfer from cooler bag to freezer, is it still good for 3 months? For mums with similar situation, is it very tiring honestly 😭 worried that I might give up on Breastfeeding after returning to work.

hello fellow momma, I use pureen sterilizing tablets! just need to find a container but big enough for your pumps and a space to store that container.

Hi Mommies anyone delivered in SGH. Usually will doctor give you HL on your last few weeks before due (week 39) or need to ask?

4 months PP . Csect scar still hurts if sudden movement like jerking, sneeze/cough. Is it normal?

2 month old sucking thumb

Hi mummies, my baby son is sucking his thumb at 2 month, he wears a mitten now to prevent sucking directly. Do I introduce him a teething toy now or leave it?

Baby must be held to sleep

Hello. Any advice please? My baby (2 months) MUST be held to sleep.. even after she slept, she will cry when we tried to put her down on the cot or bed. Unless she's sleeping really soundly, then we will be able to put her down. Even if so, she will wake up very fast, didn't nap more than 30mins. This only happens in the day though. At night she can sleep longer in the cot.

Also facing the same issue. Nothing works

Hi mummies , my son has been coughing alot this past few days . He is turning 3 months old soon . I'm a first time mummy , is it normal for him to cough that much ? I'm worried . Should i consult doctor?

How to use Tula

Do I need infant insert for my LO who is 3mths+ now? In addition how do I know if I have place my LO correctly inside a tula? For front facing in position, must her head be covered by the tula or it has to 'come out' from the tula? FTM here.

They have instructions on their website on how to place baby correctly in Tula so do check it out. Also, baby has to be 6 months and above then can face front, although it’s not recommended to face front for long periods of time at any age because it’s not good for the hips.

Hello fellow mummies. Recently I've noticed my baby choked/gagged more often. Is it ok is it normal? She will either choke on her own saliva or milk. She will cough several times till face turn red and then will be ok already. What do I have to do?
