Anyone experience pregnancy brain fog?

I'm having preg brain fog for real... haha. I could be having a TV remote on hand and 5 secs later I'm searching for it and that resulted in my family laughing at how silly I've become. Anyone experience poor memory during your pregnancy?

Me! I ever left my phone in the fridge once 🫣 From then on I’m always losing my phone everywhere in the house 🤣 To make it worse, I have the habit of muting my phone hahahah! (Still no intention to unmute it 😄)

I’m first time Mummy

I’m currently 10weeks pregnant, is that normal to feel bloated and air tummy? Whenever i wokeup or after meals i will feel bloated and air. I hope is nothing just worried about it.

I had no idea and was drinking alcohol almost every other day, some nights can go up to 6-8 glasses. Had sashimi, oysters and even organ soup. Did quite intensive exercise too. Feels like my tummy is getting bigger and with the app i should be 7 weeks along now. Just tried booking a gynae appointment near my place but no reply yet. Should I be very worried

Omg I feel like u took words out of my mouth. 3 days before I found out I was pregnant. I had 4 bottles champagne during omakase with my girls.

How to know if your baby is growing well while waiting for your 2nd doctor appointment?

Currently I'm 7 wk 3 days, and need go wait for another 2wk plus before my 2nd doctor appointment. During this time how do I know if the baby is growing well inside my tummy? #firsttimemom #advicepls #firstbaby

Actually nothing much you can really do.. just ensure you don’t miss your folic acid. Check for spotting, eat & rest well okay.

Week 6 tummy showing

Based on tracker my tummy already started showing around week 6. Read online that tummy only shows around week 16. #firsttimemom

I am at week 15 and i am just feeling fat more than pregnant everyday. 😂

9 weeks and super duper hungry

I used to be able to sustain 5 hours max but now i could barely do 3 hours. And if i wait to get hungry, I'll eventually be too nauseous to eat. Ive gained 2 kg thus far and am really afraid of gaining excessive weight. Any ideal meal that can help w hunger?

Same here! Facing the exact same thing. I used to skip breakfast but can't afford to do that now. In between lunch and dinner I'll try to snack dry biscuits, fruits or some savoury stuff depending on your taste bud 😂. Good luck mummy!

Restaurant for recommendations

You can actually still eat pretty much anything in moderation. I only avoided raw, half/undercooked, alcohol and seafood. 😊
