Restlessness & Sad
I'm almost 10 weeks. And the past few days, at random times of the day, I feel restless and sad. Like for no apparent reason. I tried to do meditation and prayers but I cant seem to shake off the feeling. I think the only solution that helps a bit better is when my husband hugs me. But any of u feel like sad. And tired. And just like meh
Daily Yoga
Before I found out I was 8 weeks pregnant, I've been doing yoga everyday. But ever since I know I'm pregnant I feel a bit scared to do it. I was even doing a pose with my feet in the air. I wonder if anyone of u work out everyday and how do you know its ok? And I'm currently doing normal yoga but anyone knows places in singapore with good prenatal yoga?
