Itchiness and rashes

32 weeks currently, having itchiness and rashes on feets, faces and hands.. anyone else?

Due to hormonal changes you will have such skin irritation. You can use QV Moisturiser or any other moisturiser safe for preggy mum.

Is this stretch marks or melesma? Will stretch mark removal cream like Palmer's work on this?

Is this stretch marks or melesma on breast? I am 32 weeks pregnant dont have any stretch marks on belly just a linea nigra and recently these marks on breasts.

These are normal. They are pigmentations due to pregnancy. Not stretchmarks, not melasma too. Melasma appears on the face. Im assuming you dont have any pigmentations on the face right? I also have the same, atleast it came out on the breast not on the face 😅 Anyway they will go away after pregnancy.

Can pregnant go to the beach?

Was planning to go to the beach with my girlfriends and at the same time do some maternity shoot. Will the sun affect the baby development if I wear bikini?

No issues of going to the beach. As long as you use sunblock that's safe for preggy mum. However ensure not too long under the sun

First time mommy here. What’s your views and opinion about epidurals? Thank you in advance ❤️

Take it if you need it. Side effects for epidural was crazy vibrating and vomiting right after giving birth. 2 years PP, all is good.

Delivery at KKH

Hi there! I'm currently 32weeks and will be delivering in KKH. Can any mummies share with me what the delivery process will be like? Thank-you you!!#firsttimemom

Once u feel contraction and cannot stand it for few hours at home.. then go to delivery suite level 2. register then they will monitor baby etc. and check how many cm u have dilated etc. if there's a bed in delivery room then you will go there. more comfortable than being in the obs bed. decide if u want to take epi or not. then tell the doc. Once fully dilated.. get ready to push.

3rd trimester symptoms

Hi mommies, I feel lost of appetite when I eat. I could get cravings but once the food is here, I am unable to finish it. Is anyone experiencing the same?

My appetite is still very good though 😂 just that I start to feel headache … that is my only symptom

I don’t know if I am thinking too much but my baby is moving actively when I scroll Facebook

Is anyone the same? But when I put down the phone and baby father place his hand on my stomach , he stop moving … it’s already the last trimester and he only moved once or twice for him before 😅 but when it’s just baby and I, he sometime move do much then I feel aches 😂

same for me... I kind of search online and they said its normal. sometimes when I'm not looking at my tummy, my baby will move actively, and when I stopped to look a at the movement, he stopped as well. 😅😆 I wanted to take video of its movement and it will just stop as well as if he knows what is going on. 🤣

I have been having issues since week 32 … and I am required to go in bed rest thus the gynae automatically gave me all the way till my EDD which is more than 1 month away
