Hii! Is it normal to feel Vaginal Tightness during pregnancy? Its like its so uncomfortable!

32 weeks symptoms

I am not getting sleep unless I am freaking tired.. otherwise, when I sleep on the side, the little one inside will start moving so hard.. it’s so cute I can’t bear to tell him to stop 😅 but it’s really making it difficult to sleep and because of that o am constantly hungry .. is this normal ?

Hi mummies! Anyone who has had experience with this diagnosis of single umbilical artery? Wondering if it’s a cause for concern, and what should I look out for/monitor in my final few weeks of pregnancy?

Joint aches & pain

I have psoriasis but before this it is only on skin. I’m 30 weeks pregnant with all kinds of pregnancy symptoms this time. I’ve been having daily pain & ache on my left shoulder & elbow when i’m not using my arms to do any work. So it is bad when my arm is idling while i do my office work (reading tonnes of emails) Anyone else with similar profile to mine? How do we know it is pregnancy related or psoriasis arthritis? What can be done to alleviate the discomfort & pain? Are we allowed to take anarex? But i cannot take this daily so other solutions welcomed:)

80% of my hubby's psoriasis cleared up over months. I think improving blood circulation, reducing cholesterol played a big role. we did a blood test to monitor the levels. he doesn't look too fat but cholesterol are inside vessels. I think these are areas you can explore after pregnancy. I don't dare to suggest anything during pregnancy to avoid complications. a blood test that shows cholesterol levels, uric acid etc is really helpful to find out which areas to target.

Appointments at KKH

Hello Mamas, I would like to enquire regarding how frequent the appointments will be at KKH private once we reach 28 weeks? Thank You in Advance

Your next appointment will be in 4 weeks once you reach 28 weeks. Then it will be every 2 weeks 😁 I am at 30 weeks now, my next appointment will be on 1st February (32 weeks +). It will be every 2 weeks after that 😁

Currently week 30, may have SPD.

Hi there, curtently week 30 and I suspect I may have symphysis pubis dysfunction (SPD).. is this any immediate cause for concern? I'm only seeing my gynae next Monday. The middle of my pelvic is sore whenever I try to stand up from a sleeping position. But after walking awhile, it's fine. Same with trying to put on pants..

Ligament and vagina pain and pressure

Any mamas experiencing severe round ligament pain , vagina pain and pressure too only at night in the 3rd trimester when lying down or about to rest ? How do I combat this

Oh I had it since the first trimester and it worsen as days went by. The pubic pain disappeared after child birth

Low amniotic fluid no leaking

Anybody have any remedy? I am so desperate now.. I don’t know what else I can do …

My gynae recommends to drink more water. Coconut water also can help sometimes.

Swollen Nipples

Hello mummies, anyone dealing with Sore and painful nipples in 3rd trimester? I had swollen breasts since first trimester but now at 28 weeks the nipples got really sore and painful. Tried sizing up my bra but not much help. Anyone has any tips or solution to this?

does nipple cream/nipple butter help?
