Did your nose get bigger when you are pregnant?

I was talking to a friend who knows abit about “Feng shui” … he was telling me if a woman’s nose become big during pregnancy, it means the baby is bringing good luck and fortune to the mum. Ever since then, the not very superstitious me started looking at the mirror everyday 😅 sadly my features are still the same even at 3rd trimester.. the only thing that is big is my tummy only.. anyone also didn’t not gain much weight throughout their pregnancy and also no changes in their features? 😁

My first born i lost weight instead of gain. 2nd one i just gain back what i lost in first trim. My features didnt change for both either

Anaemic symptoms

Im 29 weeks pregnant, amd anaemic. I often feel faint, weak, dizzy, light headed and breathless. When do i go to A&E for my symptoms? Ive spoken to 3 different doctors with regards to these symptoms during my appointments, and they all say its normal. But it disrupts my daily life and abiloty to go work.

I deal with this on a daily basis normally when I start to become giddy I always try to sit down and I'll get very bad hot flushes. but I try my best to sit up straight sweat it & rest for at least 10 mins and go back to what I was doing. I'm diagnosed with anemic and was given the dizzy meds tgt with iron tablet however it didn't really help so I try usual do what I mentioned above and it helps! Incase you feel its happening to you more than 5 times a day better to go a&e. I went to KKH and they admitted me immediately however my gynae at NUH said " this is a common symptom in pregnancy "

Baby weight at 28 week 5 days

Hi my baby weight is 1.2kg currently is that a okay weight?

mine was 27 weeks 1.1kg 30 weeks 1.6kg

Third trimester symptoms

Is it normal to feel nausea at third trimester ? And migraine?

YES!!! Omg i am having this now. I had nausea at 1st tri and now its back at 3rd tri. Even the migraine 😓😓

Yes that’s how your baby will look like. Dont worry about it mummy, if the doctor says everything is normal that’s great news! Your baby will sure be beautiful! You just cant appreciate the image much because it’s in 3D. What’s important is that he/she is healthy.

Hello! Am currently 31 weeks pregnant, and keep feeling very tight in the lower abdomen and sometimes it's really just so tight like it's a cramp. Does anyone know if this is normal or if it totally normal? Anyone experienced the same as well?

It’s either baby is moving and all you feel is gas or you sprained your muscle from moving (from sitting position to standing up) or it’s could be contraction. Either way, when you feel that, you have to stop and rest. Dont force yourself. I’m 31 weeks too but I felt that only once. Hope you and baby are okay mummy!

Just had my 29 weeks growth scan today at KKH. Doc did not say my baby weight big or small. Normal?

Doc did not say my baby's weight whether it was big or small. All she said was baby is all good and healthy, good position, etc... Everything is good. Does that mean it's an acceptable weight? Or do I need to ask what's baby weight? #firsttimemom #Curious #advicepls #7MonthsPregnant #subsidisepatient #kkhpatient

I will ask if it is big/small or within acceptable range of weight for a 29 weeks.

Mummies, I am currently 31 weeks. Do like to check if I need to give a reason to my gynae if I want to ask for hospital leave beginning of Feb as I'm due in March.

Just say you want to rest? 😅

Shopping with CDC vouchers

Hi there! Just wanted some thoughts and sharing on which supermarket has a huge variety of infant items to buy, asides from diapers and formula milk. I'm staying in Sengkang, no car. More of nail clippers, lotions, baby safe laundry detergent, etc.. Am welcoming my little one in March and thought to use the cdc vouchers to shop for infant stuff. Thank you!!#firsttimemom

I tink online may have better deals for diapers etc instead of supermarket…

Brown discharge with mild backache - 27 weeks 3 days

Hi I’ve spotting at 20 weeks and 24 weeks. It was light pink /red. Went to AnE but they said it’s not from the placenta and baby doing fine so far. Now I’m 27 weeks 3 days and I’ve had 2 episodes of brown discharge. Today and also 2 days ago, this time with mild backache. Anyone experience same thing before ?
