How can we tell if baby is ok?

Hello! FTM and am turning 18 weeks. I’ve yet to feel any movement and am soooo anxious to know if baby is okay. My next gynae appt is in 1 month’s time. Having 2 miscarriages before this gets me so anxious! How do you mommies know if your baby is fine? #firsttimemom #advicepls #firstbaby

you won’t be able to tell but have faith that if there’s no pain or bleeding, all is well! don’t worry too much

21 Weeks & 1st Covid 🤡

i'm finally having covid with mild symptoms - fever, cough/sore throat & flu. now i'm confused if this Covid or this pregnancy is making me hungry every 10 mins 🤣 still energetic, able to do housework and cook myself some porridge. but the best thing of all is to finally feel baby's kicking & punching when i placed my hands on me tummy, compared to previous bubbles & vibrations. guess it's a good time for us to spend time together! pray to all mothers at this stage for speedy recovery for those that are affected. 🫶🏻

Is it normal to have thinner skin during pregnancy? I got a tear on my finger.

I got a tear on my finger. Not a cut. A TEAR. I basically hold my pet stairs, and the cloth of the sponge stairs just pull down my finger skin and my skin just TEAR. 😱

Fingers will start to swollen?

I'm at my 21 weeks now. My fingers start to swollen. Is it normal?

Confinement Nanny Washing

Hi mummies, Did you allow your confinement nanny to wash her clothes in your washing machine? Any other suggestions to do otherwise? Not v comfortable with nanny using. #plsadvice

If you are not comfortable to have them wash their clothes with you then perhaps you pay for their laundry usage outside at dobi.

Hi Mummies! I just had my 20 weeks check up, everything’s great except that my placenta is low. Has anyone been told the same? And did it eventually work its way up? I was told that if it didn’t, I can’t go for a normal delivery which would be the most ideal for me 🙁

Hey, It will go up in coming weeks. I had the same thing and naturally it went up. Don’t worry

3D scan at 20 weeks

Hi Mommies! Any Idea how much a 3D scan costs and where can I get it done please? Is there a recommended time to get it done? TIA!

I am planning to do that and this is the brochure that I’ve gotten from TMC - https://www.thomsonmedical.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/05/Brochure-3D4D-Ultrasound-Scan.pdf The suggested timeline for TMC is to do it between 24-32 weeks. I’m going to schedule one this Friday during my gynae check and can probably tell you the cost after that.
