I'm already at 2nd tri but my whole body is still very itchy. And there's acne on my scalp and face. I've went for scalp treatment, eaten antihistamines and applied my usual acne cream but still not improving. Anyone faced the same problem before?

hello, itchy skin is normal as our body is expanding. so the stretch is causing itchiness. i have it for my 1st pregnancy, mainly the back. some ppl also experience pimple outbreak on face, due to hormone. there is really nth u can do. i dont have pimple outbreak but i developed eczema on my legs. aft give birth everything will go back to normal. for the sake of our baby, cant use many products too.

Swimming in public pool allowed during pregnancy due to concerns over chlorine

Hi all mummies, I was just wondering if is safe for pregnant mummies to enter public pools as my husband worries about chlorine level and water quality in the pool during peak hours.

Advise on hospital to give birth (Mt Alvernia, Gleneagles, TMC, MEN, KKH private)

Torn between choices.. not sure which hospital to choose for delivery, any have recommendations / share past experience?

i delivered at sgh before. sucks. now i gg to deliver at mount alvernia for my 2nd pregnancy as it is near my hse.

Any prenatal vitamins given?

Hi fellow mummies! I’m currently at 13 weeks but my gynae has not given me any prenatal vitamins to take yet. I’ve only seen my gynae at KKH once - the other appts were to do tests. So far, I’m taking folic acid and trying to eat foods that are good for the baby. Did anyone experience the same with KKH’s gynae? Is it normal not to be prescribed prenatal vitamins? Am thinking to ask for them during my next gynae appt.

I'm with NUH and I was prescribed prenatal vitamins and folic acid at 5 weeks

Hi may I check for those edd in mid Feb (near cny) have you all booked confinement lady yet? Mine is super super near cny and I’m not sure if it is too early to book confinement lady.

Ezcema during pregnancy

Hi fellow mummies, I developed ezcema at around week 8. Now im at week 13 and it got worse. I have no history of ezcema prior to getting pregnant, not even for my 1st pregnancy. have anyone of you developed ezcema when pregnant and recovered after giving birth? Im really worried that i will continue to have ezcema even after giving birth. 🥲

Request for QV Moisturiser to ease the dry skin and itchiness. I got steroid cream but didn't use it. It feel better after using QV Moisturiser.
